4 rounds of interviews and in the final round I encountered one of the most arrogant people I've had the misfortune to meet. He hadn't bothered to read my CV, was unecessarily aggressive and just spouted unprepared questions at me without giving me the chance to even answer them. I've just seen that they've re-advertised this position and I'm not at all surprised. The negative reviews regarding management all make sense.
