3-4 interviews total - one on site. First was a call with the internal recruiter. Then they pass you onto the head of the department for a video call. From there they determine if you will meet with one more person or come on-site for the next interview. The on-site interview is 4 hours long and you meet with others on the department you are interviewing for - people you would work alongside with and people above your proposed position. Each interview is about 30 minutes and there could be 1-2 people per interview. I had to follow up for 3 weeks after the last interview to find out whether I got the position or not. It was the holiday season, but a decision kept getting pushed back. Seemed like everything went well and they all liked me. First, I was told they’d have a decision by end of week. Then when that passed, another few days then they'd have a decision. Another week passed and I was following up and no response. Finally got word that they had to close the position due to internal things. Unfortunately, communication at the end was horrible. Everyone was incredibly nice during the whole process.
