Four part process, first round was with HR for resume screen and asking general behavioural/Situational Qs and why you want to join. Second round was with an AI/Data engineer on the team to understand current work and roadmaps and how the work aligns with your past experience. Third round was a take-home case-study activity where you are asked to design a data mesh/platform along with architecture design for an AI agent - no coding required. It is meant for understanding your design decisions and why you chose them and tradeoffs. Fourth part is to present your case study (max 10 pages) to the team (Senior Eng & Data/Eng directors & HR) along with Q&A. They will ask you very detailed on this part so be prepared. If they are satisfied, you get an offer shortly after (1-2 weeks or so).
