Interview
1st step is an informal 3 part test. Wonderlic, followed by a personality test, and finally a 19 question math test with fractions. Once the tests are completed, a cheek swab drug screen was administered. 2 weeks later, a formal interview was scheduled. 2 weeks after that, a dinner interview scheduled.
It was great, very straightforward. Questions were thorough and went through my past experience in sales. They were more interested in potential. rather than experience. Seemed like a great operation throughout

Walk me through your process for qualifying a lead. How do you decide whether a prospect is worth pursuing, and when do you disqualify someone?
Tell me about a deal you lost. What happened, and what would you do differently?
How do you handle a prospect who says "just send me some information" and then goes quiet? Walk me through your next three touches.
What's your approach to hitting a number you're behind on with two weeks left in the quarter?
Sell me on the last product or service you bought for yourself.

Interview
The first visit was a skills test and a drug test. The skills test was a simplified or shortened version of a Wonderlic Test. The second visit was an interview with two people simultaneously that alternated questions. It was very comfortable and conversational. The third interview was with the regional director and it was very conversational and more about seeing if I was a good personality fit for the team.

First had a phone interview. Then went in and took an IQ test and interviewed with a couple of managers. Then on the last interview met with same manager and site manager.
