      CNC Machinist Interview

      Sep 8, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Charlotte, MI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Alro (Charlotte, MI) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Phone interview first. Then testing. 3 different test. One math one standard test and one personality testate. Last was face to face interview with hiring managers. Every process for the interview was fairly easy for me but others seemed to find it more difficult. Someone right out of school may have a hard time with the process , but as with my self, there is no substitute for experience. There is really nothing you can do to prepare for this interview. You are ether the right fit or you are not.
