I applied in the evening. Recruiter emailed me the very next day to set up a phone interview. It wasn't really an interview though, she literally just read me the job description and asked why I wanted to work there. Then she set up a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. That was fairly easy to, standard resume questions about my experience and background. I received an offer the very next day but turned it down because the pay was way too low.
