Very hard when it comes to interviewing with the district manager. You really have to know a lot about the business in terms of numbers. Know retail and customer service. Prior experience is a plus.

I was asked some tough questions I had never thought about before but I felt very comfortable and able to answer the questions easily in the interview and the interviewer was very nice and welcoming.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Altar'd State
Interview
I applied via their website. I got called in for an interview about 2 weeks later. The interview was with the Store Manager and very conversational. Questions are relevant to your job experience and what you can bring to the company. I got a second interview with the District Manager. It was a thorough interview. It involved both descriptive questions and challenging questions. Challenging questions that are there to see if you are the right fit. I appreciated their questions as it helped me see if I was the right fit as well. I did my research beforehand so it made answering the questions a lot easier. I suggest you do your research. About a week and a half later I got a job offer.
