Altar'd State Stock Associate interview questions

First interview was great. They ghosted after telling me I would meet with the District Manager, and texted my sister, a day after I asked them about the second interview mind you, asking her to come interview for the same position they asked me to fill. Not only ghosted, but telling me they want me to just turn around and still search for others, especially my sister.
