Recruiter was really nice. Process seems to be recruiter interview, take home medical writing test, medical writing grid showing the work you've done, then interview with the hiring manager.
First interview was a phone interview (no camera) and pretty straightforward. Pay is targeting the lower end of the middle of the range posted.
They seem to be looking more for entry level candidates

Interview
Initially there was 15 minute phone call to review qualifications. This was followed by a 30 minute video interview with hiring team. Interview delved mostly into qualifications and experience.
