I was told I was the perfect candidate, but was open about my reservations on leaving my current employer. I interviewed on a Friday. The hiring manager told me to take the weekend to think about it and get back to him so he could schedule more interviews. I sent an email Sunday stating I wanted to go forward and never got a reply. Recruiter responded once that that the weather caused them to get behind in the process. No additional interviews. Fyi - I reached out to 4 ppl over that weekend who currently work at Alteryx. 2 said I should stay where I am at.
