I had multiple phone conversations regarding both the requirements of the open position and my personal qualifications (and work experience). The interview process took a couple weeks, and I felt that my time and point of view was always well respected. I felt that the individuals I interviewed with were giving me honest answers to my questions, and asked me appropriate, inquisitive questions about my qualifications and motivations in seeking the position.
