There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was a series of technical interviews, covering: with a deep dive into my background, my technical experience, my management style, my general approach to challenges and working in a fast-moving environment. The second and third rounds were shorter interviews, meeting with individuals in the wider organisation who would be working alongside the Nexar Data Engineering team.
