A few stages, starting from the technical recruitment interview, where I was asked for my fit for this position, through the Manager interview to check my alignment with the previous experiences, projects and technical fit.

I had applied online via the Altium Career Portal and was selected for the initial HR round by Sonia. Sonia helped me to drive through the recruitment process from the initiation call(providing info about the organization) until the onboarding got completed. She was very pro-active and had a quick turn around time for all my queries and interview results. Along with Sonia, Keily also did a splendid job for a smoother onboarding process. During the interview process, I got an opportunity to meet with some lovely and professional guys from Altium like Philip; Eric and Warren(my manager) who interviewed me at different stages of the interview. To be honest, amongst the other interviews I had gone through via different big tech companies, I found Altium's interview process to be transparent, quick and very interactive process.
