I reached out to Mr ken Kozak via Linkedin, prompted by a post Mr Kozak had loaded, regarding Altium hiring for roles in the APAC region. Mr Kozak arranged an 'informal phone discussion in which he shared information about Altium's history, R&D, EDA/ECAD software, success in PCB design software & general role description & requirements. Mr Kozak then arranged Zoom interviews between us, with Brandan Southworth (Altium Talent Acquisition) & Altium HR APAC

There were four interviews in total. The first one was with the recruiter, one was with my future team leads, one with the hiring manager and one with HR. The communication was clear and left a good impression on me. They always made sure to keep me in the loop and in a very timely manner as well. The interviews were partially held in English and partially in German.
