I have been contacted by the technical recruiter via LinkedIn, then we scheduled a screening interview, then, before the interview by like 4 hour she cancelled the interview without saying any reason.
And when I sent her asking Do we have a call today it's rescheduled. She simply didn't reply, i.e., ghosted !!
I'm in the market for 10 years and I didn't many many interviews, this is the first time I see the recruiter ghosting without mentioning any reason to cancel the candiadte!
