I filled out an online questionaire, then had a phone interview. The interview was easy with standard questions, and concluded with them explaining the additional steps that were to come in the process. I received an email at midnight on the following Sunday telling me I would not be advancing.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a series of fairly challenging questions and a handful of in-depth case studies, which required critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Despite the level of difficulty, the recruiters were incredibly friendly and approachable, which contributed to an overall positive and engaging experience. I had the opportunity to participate in this interview after attending a college job fair, where I made a connection with the company's representatives.
