Interview
Went through my university's career services center, was preferenced for a interview and had a 2:1 screening interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They probably screened 40 people. They then called who they wanted to do a panel/group interview between 5-6 pm that day, so if you weren't called then the process was over. They next day, it began with them putting me in a room and writing three essays in a 20 minute time frame. They brought me out after 20 and sat me in front of 3 people and each asked about 3 behavior questions, and then one situation question in which you can take notes.
Have not heard back from them, as it was just 2 days ago.

First round was a quick 30 minute interview typical interview questions - Walk me through your résumé, Time when you helped someone, How did you hear about us, etc.
