Easy, they just want to get to know you and see if you can get along with everyone. They ask why we want to intern here, times we've worked in a group, etc.

Interview
I applied online for the position and was contacted by phone for on-site interview. There were 3 people in the room who interviewed me for about 2 hours. Only behavioral questions were asked but some questions were too repittitive and i did not have a too much industry expereince so I found it a bit challenging and annoying.
