I met them on college campus at an Altria hosted event. Spoke with them and went to the school career fair where i spoke with them again about general interest and about myself. I scheduled an interview with two people. it was standard interview asking about times that i dealt with adversity. They had a case study where i was given 10 minutes to study. It was about adding a product to the gas station and how to market it. I had to come up with the best strategy for implementing it and why it should be implemented.
