Applied online and was contacted ny the recruiter. Had a video call with the hiring manager and followed by a panel video a week or so later. All was professional until then and then crickets. Hiring manager shared how they will make a decision in 2/3 days and no response to my followups. The hiring manager has served and I am surprised blatant mishandling of timelines and decision. Recruiter’s out of office said that he isniut until Oct 2023🤐. I withdrew my application from this circus. Good luck to whoever accepts this role.
