I applied through other source. I interviewed at Alvarez & Marsal in Oct 2025
Interview
I applied online and had an initial screening call with a recruiter, after which I was invited to four interview rounds, including conversations with peers, the hiring manager, and a director. The questions were largely standard, focusing on experience and cultural fit.
However, the interviews were quite short (scheduled for 45min or shorter) and felt rushed. Following the fourth interview, there was no further communication or feedback. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up left me feeling that my time was not valued. Overall, the experience reflected poorly on the organisation’s recruitment process.
