Interview
First Round was a one on one with a managing director. Compared to other consulting firm interviews this one was very casual and didn't even involve a case. My interviewer seemed genuinely interested in my personality instead of just my intelligence which I appreciated.
Second Round they invite you to the office for a group case interview. You are put into a team and are given a limited amount of time to analyze some data and present your suggestions/findings. It was a very positive experience (though it can be very stressful for some) and they got back to me very quickly to make an offer.

Tell me about your experience with various recruiters so far.
A few rounds, retail specific / quick process with directors and a partner. Cases were typical e.g., profitability, market entry etc. The team seems very lean although growing a lot. I ended up not getting the offer/did not hear back from them though (assumed after some time).
1 hour phone screen. It was very challenging. Expect the unexpected. Questions were varied and diverse. Interviewer was very polite. Would interview again. Very competitive process. Lots of hard questions.
It was very difficult, they make you do a case with no time to prep prior the interview. They ask you many questions on it, some that take forever to calculate.
