Interview
1. Initially had a phone interview with HR and Senior Business Unit Leaderx to understand how the Company operates and to make an introduction of my skills and experiences. Explained motivation to join the Company and how I came to know it, as well as the person who referred me. Discussed the different practices that the Company has and where my skills and experiences would be more attractive to the firm.
2. Meeting with Partners and Senior Directors to present experiences and discuss practical cases, as well as to discuss specific topics with subject matter experts. Met a total of four people, with dynamics ranging from traditional interview questions, going through situational interview questions, which enabled discussions around real life events, both from a personal and professional perspective, and performed a few cases to demonstrate knowledge and skills.
3. Confirmatory phone interview with Senior Business Unit Leader to discuss career expectations and align on salary and benefits, as well as to discuss the feedback from previous sessions. Had discussions around their views on the most adequate fit within the different business practices and the level/role to join the the Company.
4. Offer negotiation, discussions about starting date and arrangements for onboard orientation and paper work.

The interviewer was direct, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our discussion. The conversation focused largely on understanding whether the role was the right fit for my skills and career aspirations. They were transparent about the remuneration framework, the scope of responsibilities, expected workload, and organisational culture, creating a positive and open dialogue.
