Straightforward, basic behavioral questions plus small talk. Some initial screening, and then 2 back to back interviews with team members, both were very friendly and made it super easy to talk to. Definitely not as hard as some other practices.

Applied through on-campus process. The first interview was a two on one interview and was all conversational. About two weeks later, I was called back to visit the location and interview. The second interview was revolving door style with four tax managers and was also conversational. The location, people, and interviewers were all great. They contacted me about four days later to offer.
