I initially applied online by sending off my C.V. and covering letter. Then I was invited to a phone interview with recruitment about a month later. This was followed by a couple of face-to-face meetings at the office in London with recruitment and a member of the team I was applying for. After this was half a day of assessments testing my computer and report writing skills. Finally I was invited to a 1:2 interview with more senior members of the team I would work with. Would absolutely recommend both the role and the company. They were extremely helpful at every stage of the application, and made me feel very valued. Unfortunately I decided to decline the job due to moving elsewhere in the country, but will definitely look to them in the future.
