The interview process was not very lengthy for the role I interviewed for (Executive Assistant). One thing that proved the great culture of the company is that I was asked about my professional career goals in terms of what I went to school for and what I was hoping to achieve both short and long term for the position. It was made clear that even on the Administrative side of the house of a professional services firm, there was room to grow within the company.
