Alvarez & Marsal Global Forensic & Dispute Graduate interview questions

The overall interview process at Alvarez & Marsal is very thorough and offers the opportunity to find out more about the company and the specific role. The process consists of 4 stages – an initial phone interview, two face to face interviews, an assessment stage, and a final round interview with more senior members of the team. By the end of this process I had a really good idea of the culture, the pros and cons of this role. The interviews focused on my knowledge of the industry/role, my interest in A&M and my background. The assessment stage consists of 3 different types of tests - the key is to manage your time effectively. My advice for the interviews is to really research into A&M (what makes them different) and be clear on your reasons for wanting to join the company and the team. The interview questions range from CV-based, competency-based and industry awareness questions. A&M were very professional and took an interest in wanting to find out about my personality as much as my technical ability, which was good to see. The talent acquisition team was particularly helpful in keeping me up-to-date with the application process.
