I received a request for a phone screening, it went well, interviewer told me I need to, or should, prepare some questions to ask. Having worked previously I really didn't have any questions for the recruiter, had plenty for the hiring manager that I never got a chance to ask. They put an interview on the calendar which I prepared for. Then recruiter cancelled with 20 minutes to go, saying she would reschedule. no reason given. the next day, received another email saying they are going in another direction with the role. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, don't waste my time.
