Resume shortlisting of around 200 students then Aptitude test where 50 students were shortlisted followed by Hackathon (Hackathon duration around 10 days) Dell hack2hire where 10 problems 10 teams, 5 members each . Students are assessed through project presentation and finally HR round.
very nice , related to projects mentioned in resume mostly as they were only checking the logical thinking and communication skill. at very first they started to ask about oops concepts and then they asked some sql query and then asked me about projects
