This was my second interview. The first time I applied, the phone interviewer was a no-show, and another was sent to test me, he didn't had the skills he was supposed to test me for and the interview was terrible.
This time the first part was a online test, the online test had a bug, they let me skip it.
The phone interview went fine, after the phone interview they invited me to a in-person interview, but didn't said where, after I sent several e-mails to their HR person asking, they called me, promised to send an e-mail with the information, they sent it, but late.
The new e-mail promised further information would be sent 2 business days before the interview, but this doesn't happened.
I sent more e-mails asking for the transportation and location information, with no success, I then e-mailed the original recruiter, he then promised to get me the information, then someone sent me some hours later the information only one business day before the interview.
The recruiter sent me an e-mail about information on how the interview would work, behavioral questions that would be asked, technical questions, and so on.
On the grueling day of the interview, one of the interviewers were extremely late, they forgot me stuck in a empty room for a whole hour (I couldn't go past security without escort and there was noone to escort me, the escort showed up an hour and 15 minutes past the agreed time).
The information sent said I could answer questions with any relevant experience, including from college, hobbies, and so on, but the interviewers all got upset, and kept asking me to tell them past professional experiences with situations that if they had read my resume it would be obvious I never had, for example asking what I did last time I disagreed with my team, when my most recent professional work I had no team.
As for the technical questions they were weirdly extremely easy, way below what the e-mail from the recruiter said it would be asked, it was all stuff any first year CS student can easily answer.
Amazon by policy gives no feedback, I probably didn't got the offer due to not being able to reply some of the behavioral questions, due to them (3 out of 5 interviewers asked it) insisting I had to talk about team situations on my last job, despite my resume making clear my last job I was a lone freelancer.
