Interview
It's really just an application and a background check before your considered employed upon passing the background check. The training is kind of long and alot of people asking for help because it just kind of leads you into taking calls with a knowledge center that isn't really user friendly. You kind of have to guess what to type and hope you find the correct information to help you through calls.

A friend shared a Naukri.com email. I sent the recruiter my resume around 9 PM and got instant reply with complete plan of interview 2 days later.
There were two F2F interviews and whole process completed in evening. I was told I have cleared F2F rounds and there will be 2 telephonic rounds now.
After around 1 month first telephonic interview happened, then after 10 days final telephonic interview.
Was asked about my previous salary slips next day of final interview. After that I took more than 1 month to get the final offer letter.
Most of the questions were behavioral. 2nd, 3rd and 4th rounds were completely behavioral. Only in first round there were some aptitude questions and puzzles.

Tell me a case where you took some decision without asking your manager and how it went
Boat speed in still water is 4m/s, river-flow speed b/w points A and B is 5 m/s. The distance b/w A and B is 100 meters. How long it will take a boat to go to B from A and then return.
Later he changed the river-flow speed to 2 m/s. And then asked to calculate again.
You are given 8 identical looking balls. One of them is heavier than the rest of the 7 (all the others weigh exactly the same). You a provided with a simple mechanical balance and you are restricted to only 2 uses. In minimum chance how many chances you can find the heavier one?
