Interview
there was no interview involved as it was a flex driver. All you need is a car, insurance and a valid licence. You then have to register on the flex app and you can start driving to deliver parcels
It was an easy process one interview there were no a lot of questions it was mainly asking about my available and the hours and filling out papers. It took longer to drive than the interview
The process was easy even though you may be put on a wait list for a certain amount of time. It's easy to get into though. Just about anyone can get in if you have a license.

Interview
Online questionnaire that asks a wide variety of questions ranging from personal to handling scenarios, asking what the appropriate response would be in different cases. Aside from that there was no other interview.
