Interview
Quick, easy, either in person or via phone. A few questions from the hiring manager, a background check through Amazon followed by a paid three day class at Amazon. The last day is a simple driving test and then you report to your DSP for further instruction.
It was an easy process one interview there were no a lot of questions it was mainly asking about my available and the hours and filling out papers. It took longer to drive than the interview
The process was easy even though you may be put on a wait list for a certain amount of time. It's easy to get into though. Just about anyone can get in if you have a license.

Online questionnaire that asks a wide variety of questions ranging from personal to handling scenarios, asking what the appropriate response would be in different cases. Aside from that there was no other interview.
