The process is generally as described here many times. A couple of rounds of phone interviews, second more technical than first. I then was asked to go on site for an entire day of interviews, back to back. Questions are generally the behaviour type. My issue was that the process started in June and did not end until early October. Its a joke to be honest, shows recruiting process a bit broken. During that time most communication was driven by me, hr contact was virtually silent. In the end I was not offered the role. But it is frustrating I was given no feedback, basically "your amazing, but we hired someone else". A company driven by customers and learning all the time could assist candidates in that manner.
