Very detailed interview process and thorough. Every question needs a very detailed answer and they should be able to conform to the leadership skills and behavioral traits. This will actually give a complete picture about an individual and their competencies along with their attitude. Especially the Bar - Raiser round tests your attitude and patience under high pressure.

Invite - I happened to receive an email invite for an event at Amazon from one of the HRs.
Rounds - 4 rounds
1 - Basic Math/Written Communication : Has basic math questions and verbal reasoning questions. Was an online test. Results were announced in 30 mins.
2 - HR/Group Discussion: Was told to speak about any topic for 2 mins. Results announced immediately.
3. Written Aptitude/Technical Test: Had aptitude questions from R.S Agarwal. Technical questions included SQL queries and basic linux commands.
4. Face-Face: Interview with an Engineer. Similar questions like the test, except detailsed questions on College project and my ambition.

Was asked to write a sample Java Program which i did. Then was asked to use different functions in the same program which i was not able to write since I'm not a very techy person.
