Interview
Four people, one hour each. Make sure you know the STAR method. Situation, Task, Action, Result. This is a huge negative if you do not answer with this method. Of course keep to the truth.

Question 1
All questions are pretty similar....."Tell me about a time when you had to use data to prove something, did you collect the data or was it already available". Have one or two stories ready so you are prepared.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
