I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2017
Interview
Video interview was quick and painless. The ability to record your answers to each question multiple times prior to submission took a lot of pressure off. A few weeks later I was contacted about doing an on-site visit to one of the FCs to do a face-to-face interview. All of their questions are focused on the company core values and are very straight forward.

Question 1
Name a time when you failed and what changes did you make for the future?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
