I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Birmingham, AL) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview was completely virtual. I thought it was just a little odd because they were giving out offers based on only virtual interviews. It seems like you would think a company would want to meet someone, or do something a little more formal and in person before hiring someone.
All of the questions were behavioral-based questions.

Question 1
Name a time where you made a decision based on limited information.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
