      Seasonal Sortation Associate Interview

      Dec 3, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Jacksonville, FL
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2017

      Interview

This process was a joke. There was no interview and many other "new hires" arrived at the orientation in pajamas. Probably the most unprofessional and ghetto sections of the company. I would not recommend.

It was all online. Done very quickly. You answer questions about work experience. Then a personality assessment where you pick the best option based on your personal beliefs. Finally, a quick assessment where you follow the rules provide and sort items based on their code.
