I applied through an employee referral. The process took less than 2 weeks.
The whole process was very nice and effective. First was the online code test, all test questions could be found in Leetcode in median level. I've been contacted just one day after the online test and scheduled an on-site interview (They will give you some choices).
The on-site interview started very early. Before the onsite they would send you the full timetable of it so you got time to prepare. But basically, it was one OOD, one SD, two techs. The interviewer would ask a lot of question about the so called Amazon Leadership Principle questions, so prepare them in great detail. The ood and sd was very standard, you could find them on YouTube. The tech is a bit of tricky. It seems come from the leetcode but it was modified by the interviewer, so don't be too excited when you read the questions at first, or like me you were in great trouble, they skipped to follow up directly so the question was changed to hard from medium level. I didn't finish one of the tech in time.
I got reject phone call two days after. The feedback was very simple, need to do more tech practice. It seems amazon need all candidates finish all tech problems in clean and working code now.

BQ was all from list of Amazom Leadership Principle questions. Basic medium/hard questions which could found in leetcode.
total 5 rounds - First OA assessment, quick telephone interview with recruiter, followed by 4 back to back technical and behavioral rounds. In technical round question were around topological graph sorting, cycle detection in linked list, and LRU cache. In behavioral round, the question were based on their 16 principles.

During the coding round, I was thrown a problem on edit distance that felt eerily familiar. Mid-way through, I realized it was the same question I had practiced on PracHub just a few days earlier. The interview included a system design question about the Amazon Locker service, which required me to think through various components and customer flows. The final round involved behavioral questions that focused on leadership principles. Overall, the process was challenging but fair, and I was thrilled to receive an offer that I happily accepted.

The process started with a brief 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter, focusing on my background and resume.
After that, I was invite to a technical video interview with a senior engineer. This round lasted about 60 minutes, starting with a brief introduction, followed by a live coding challenge on a shared editor, and ended with a few questions about system design basics and my past projects.
