Two phone interviews, one with HR, and one with a Shift Manager. It was the easiest interview I've had. Both interviews were back to back, and were scheduled for 30 minutes apiece. They lasted maybe 15 - 20 minutes apiece.

Multiple phone interviews with a variety of levels of corporate and local staff. Short, timed online tests, and resume updating required. Background tests and corporate Human resource staff are very delayed.
One hour phone interview (2 1 on 1 30min interviews with two different interviewers)
Basic behavioral questions, expected to answer in STAR format, also included an explanation of job duties/role and time for you to ask questions
