I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Jun 2018
Interview
Applied for entry level sales position, got interviewed over the phone, didn't make it past the first stage but was a really fun and challenging interview process. Sadly, Amazon can't share feedback and I feel that that is really counterintuitive to the spirit of the company and not very helpful.

Question 1
Q: Talk about a time you failed and what you learned from it.
Mi sono trovata bene, nulla di complesso. Hanno fatto domande conoscitive molto generiche e mi hanno chiesto come avrei affrontato un business case, ma senza particolari difficoltà. Nel complesso direi abbastanza facile.
The process was straightforward but very structured. I applied online and was invited for a virtual assessment. After passing that, I had a one-on-one video interview with a hiring manager. They focused heavily on the Amazon Leadership Principles, specifically asking for examples of how I handled difficult customers and prioritized tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Even though I didn’t get an offer, the recruiters were professional and kept me updated throughout the stages.
Overall great experience. It was very tough, but I was able to get through it. I would make sure you prepare beforehand. I would do some research into the role itself as well as into Amazon.
