I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Tempe, AZ) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn, applied, and then talked to the Amazon recruiters at my university's career fair. After applying, I was invited to fly out to a hiring event in another state. Note that the hiring event was not actually the location that the job position was. I interviewed and most of the questions were behavior. Try to think of many experiences related to the Amazon leadership principals. I had two one hour interviews that day. I interviewed on Friday and got the position on Monday. Amazon was really efficient in my experience.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
