Applied as a new graduate around Sept 2018, got invited to take the 1st online assessment in early October. This was a debugging and logic test, nothing too hard. You shouldn’t have to study for it if you’re at the new grad level. Got invited to take the 2nd part of the assessment in late October. This was a 2 hour work simulation, immediately followed by a 90 minute, 2 question coding test. The work simulation wasn’t too bad, although there were parts that were confusing. The coding test was pretty challenging, probably Leetcode Mediums. I passed all the test cases in optimal time/space for the 1st question, but only passed 4/7 test cases for the 2nd question. Got invited to schedule for 3 45-minute rounds of virtual interviews in early December. 2 rounds were Leetcode Mediums, 1 round was Leetcode Hard. I aced the first 2 rounds and did so-so on the 3rd round. I received an offer the next day. I’m happy with how the interview process went, but I thought I was ghosted after the 2nd OA, since it took so long for them to get back to me.
