Call from HR about general background, interest and CV. First screening call with team lead diving deeper on experience and outlook, call with hiring manager and then 5 back to back interviews in one day “the loop”. Questions on experience presented using STAR technique and tying to Amazon Leadership Principles. Very intense, thorough and overall highly positive experience. Decision, offer and contract agreed within additional 2 weeks. Faultless process.

After I got an offer because of the low compensation package I rejected, 5 days later I returned positively and talked about why I have changed my mind. They talked about 2 positions but they are offended so much by my previous rejection. It doesn't fit a Global Leader Company to have that kind of so emotional and inhumane attitude, while I was so sincere about my feelings and reasons for rejection
