Interview
I submitted my application early May and got an email from a recruiter inviting me to interview mid June. My interview was at the end of June and I heard back the next day by email that I had passed the interview. The interview was virtual due to COVID. I met with 3 different managers for about 30-45 mins each with a 15-30 min break in between. They each asked a few questions that were based directly on the leadership principles. They would ask be to describe a time when... and expected my answer to display the specific leadership principle they mentioned. It was relatively easy because I prepared answers ahead of time and studied the leadership principles. They have great interview prep info on their website and an interview prep call where they tell you exactly what to expect. Also the list another reviewer on here comprised of most popular questions really helped. Over all it was a good experience. Make sure you are prepared and do your research and you will be fine.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you were working on a project and had to transition it to another person. How did you ensure a smooth transition?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
