Very nice people who are fun to talk to. Conversation based interview. It took about an hour and a half, but went fast. I was interviewed by 2 people. It was online through their platform and it was very easy to use.
Was contacted much later about my application. First had a intro zoom presentation session where the role was explained, then a one on one with 2 interviewers. It was honestly not that bad. Prepared by knowing the Leadership Principles.

Give me an example of a calculated risk that you have taken where speed was critical. What was the situation and how did you handle it? What steps did you take to mitigate the risk? What was the outcome? Knowing what you know now, would you have done anything differently?
