Un entretien sur HireView de 30min puis un entretien de 3*30 min avec 3 area manager différent dont un entretien un anglais. Bien préparer des exemples pour chaque leadership principles, il constitue la base des questions lors des entretiens.
Processus un peu déshumanisant, les RH vous parle exclusivement par mail et en anglais, ils gérent un grand nombre de candidats en même temps pour des postes similaires dans toutes l'europe.
