All questions are based on Amazon’s 14 leadership principles. All questions are scenario-based linked to the 14 leadership principles, so be prepared. 3-5, back to back 45 minute interviews. Due to COVID-19, all of my interviews were via video chime calls.

Question 1
Describe a time you were in a meeting, and you disagreed with everyone else. How did you handle the situation?
Describe a time when you had to make a decision but didn’t have all the information needed and readily available to make that decision. What did you do and why?
Was contacted much later about my application. First had a intro zoom presentation session where the role was explained, then a one on one with 2 interviewers. It was honestly not that bad. Prepared by knowing the Leadership Principles.

Give me an example of a calculated risk that you have taken where speed was critical. What was the situation and how did you handle it? What steps did you take to mitigate the risk? What was the outcome? Knowing what you know now, would you have done anything differently?
