Interview
Initial 30 minute telephone interview, followed 4 weeks later by 4 x 45mins virtual interviews on the same morning. 10-15 mins break in between.
Very negatively focused; in a constructive way rather than mean spirited but I didn't really enjoy the questions or get to talk about my achievements or skill-set. Be prepared to talk about failure and how you learned from that failure.
Friendly interviewers but I felt my actual proven leadership attributes weren't explored.
The SHL test was a real struggle so I recommend re-learning percentages.

Was contacted much later about my application. First had a intro zoom presentation session where the role was explained, then a one on one with 2 interviewers. It was honestly not that bad. Prepared by knowing the Leadership Principles.
